Balance system Information:

Pixel Sharp uses an internal credit system for convenience. Each user has a digital balance in Shards, where 1 Shard is equal to 1 Euro. Shards have no monetary value outside the platform and are non-transferable. Payments can be made either using Shards or via direct payment methods.

To add funds, select the number of Shards you want, proceed to checkout, choose a payment method, and enter the required details. Funds are typically credited instantly, but may take up to one minute in some cases. All transactions, whether made using Shards or direct payment methods, are subject to the Refund Policy.

Purchase system Information:

To make a purchase on pixel-sharp.com, users must create an account with a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. Once registered, users can browse products, add them to their cart, and complete purchases using either Shards or direct payment methods. The minimum transaction amount is 5 Euro, and the maximum is 500 Euros.

Rating Information:

Refund Information:

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind where the product functions as described.

Unused Shards may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used and no associated digital content has been accessed.

Refunds may be granted if a product is defective, does not conform to its description, or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue attributable to pixel-sharp.com. Refunds are not available for products that have been partially used or for which digital content has been accessed.

All refund requests must be submitted via the contact email within 14 days of the transaction and must include sufficient details about the purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice. You can terminate your obligations by closing your Pixel Sharp account through contacting our support team.
